Program Duration: |
|
All 2008 and 2009 Rally America National Championship events that feature one or more Regional events that run concurrent to the national event. |

Registration Requirements: |
|
Registration is REQUIRED for this Subaru Rally Contingency Program prior to applicable event day(s). |
|
You will remain on this program for the remainder of the calendar year unless you specify otherwise. Please re-register for the 2009 season. |
|
Late registrations, at the event will not be accepted. Registration must be completed prior to the event. |

Decal Requirements: |
|
Decals, supplied by Subaru, must be placed on the race vehicle in a neat manner |
|
Failure to register and install required decals prior to the start of Parc Expose (Day 1) of an event will forfeit eligibility for an award |

| 6. |
Vehicle Eligibility |
|
All Model Year Impreza vehicles (including all Impreza model types such as Impreza WRX, Impreza 2.5rs etc..), and 1995 and newer Model Year Legacy models. |

| 7. |
Class Eligibility |
|
Any approved Rally America Championship class is eligible, if the car meets the model and model-year eligibility guidelines above. |
|
“Dual-entered” (Regional + National entry) drivers are not eligible; this program is for drivers entered in ONLY the REGIONAL portion of a Rally America National Championship Event.* |

Award Information: |
|
Each Subaru registered competitor will be entitled to a $200 "Start Fund" at each event where the competitor enters and starts irrespective of finishing spot. Subaru reserves the right to limit Start Fund monies to 10 eligible competitors per event. |
|
A maximum of $200 will be paid out to any single registered competitor per National event weekend. Therefore, entering one or more regionals that run concurrent to a Rally America National event will net $200 total. Entering more than one regional event will NOT result in additional payments above the $200 start fund. |

A check in the appropriate amount will be mailed to the address on record. |
