and team management experience. As Team Director, Smith
oversees all of the team's sporting and commercial activities.
John Kennard | Team Manager
John Kennard has many years of experience as both a
co-driver and team manager in the World Rally Championship.
As Team Manager Kennard handles the team's logistical
and managerial needs.
John Buffum | Event Coordinator
John Buffum is widely regarded as the greatest North
American rally driver ever and has driven to 11 National
ProRally Championships. Buffum also brought Hyundai
six Manufacturer's Championships as Team Manager of
Hyundai Rally Team USA. Buffum plans the team's race
strategy and mentors the team drivers.
